Removed spurious accessibility warning. The hover color in the default Tahoe settings at Appearance Settings > Advanced Variables was showing an accessibility warning. We removed the accessibility check, as hover color does not fall under the same contrast restrictions for accessibility as normal text color.
Fixed issue with certificate previews. In Certificates > Orientation, clicking on portrait preview now shows a preview in portrait mode, rather than landscape.
Fixed site crash that occurred when admins would click on the "Default" button to set the default value to either the header background color or the header text color.
