Course Finished but not Marked as Completed

Overview

This article provides the steps required for you to follow whenever a learner have finished a course, but it does not show as completed as it can be seen in the following screenshot:

Prerequisites

  • The course must have been completed
  • You need to be Admin on the course

Solution

Instruct the learner to take the following steps:

  1. Log in to their course
  2. Click on the Progress button at the top side of the screen

  3. Once in there, they will be able to see their progress, and a blue button saying Request Certificate
  4. Ask them to Click to request their certificate

Validation

Once they have requested their certificate, they will be able to see their course as completed. And if they navigate to Figures, they will see the completed checkmark right next to their name
