Certificate Not Showing Full Name
This article provides the steps required for you to follow whenever there is a Certificate that only shows your first name, for example:
Prerequisites
- Access to the LMS
Instructions
- Navigate to your LMS
Click on your name > Account
In there, look for the Full name field, type in your full name, as the certificates get the name from this field
Validation
Once your full name has been updated on the full name field, your certificate will have your first and last name
